We hire people who check twice.
Binjori is a young research and intelligence firm in Erbil. Every finding we deliver is confirmed by a second person before it counts, so we look for people who would rather be right than fast.
Open roles
There are no open roles right now.
When a role opens, it is listed here first, with the work, the location and the terms stated plainly. Until then, open applications are welcome.
Who we expect to hire
Three kinds of work
Field researchers
Visit, observe and record the real experience across Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok, Baghdad and Basra, to a written standard.
Analysts
Score and review fieldwork, check every claim against its evidence, and turn results into clear findings.
Research leads
Design studies with clients, set the standard a study is scored against, and stand behind the final report.
Kurdish, Arabic and English are the working languages. Not every role needs all three.
How we hire
Four steps, stated up front
Application
A short form and your CV.
A written exercise
A small, real task from the kind of work you would do. No trick questions.
A conversation
About the exercise, how you work, and what you want from the role.
An offer, in writing
Terms, pay and start date stated plainly, before you decide.
Paid field visits
Looking for flexible work instead of a job?
Becoming a mystery shopper is a separate track, paid per verified visit.
