Every observation is checked against the agreed standard and independently verified by a second reviewer before it counts. Estimates are labelled as estimates. Nothing unverified reaches your report.

You receive a presentation built for the decision in front of you, the full evidence package behind it and follow up support. Every finding traces back to its source, sample and date.
Weighted to your outcome
Not every question matters equally. What drives results in a hotel is not what drives them in a car showroom, so the standard is weighted to your business at the design stage, agreed with you and applied consistently across every visit. The weighting is part of your study and stays confidential to you.
