What we collect, and what we do with it
Binjori sells discretion. It would be strange to explain that and then be vague about our own website, so this page is written plainly and kept short.

Website visitors
We use a privacy focused analytics tool to count visits to this site. It does not set cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and does not build a profile of you. What we see is aggregate, how many people visited, which pages, which country, which type of device, and which site or search engine sent them. We cannot identify you from it.
Because nothing personal is stored and no cookies are set, there is no tracking banner to accept on this site.
When you contact us
If you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
When you apply to join
If you apply through the join page, we receive the details you provide and any file you attach. We use it to assess your application and to contact you about it.
If we do not work together, we keep your application for twelve months in case something suitable comes up, then delete it. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Research participants
If you take part in an interview or a study we run, you are told before it starts what the research is for, that participation is voluntary, and whether you are speaking to a person or to an AI interviewer. You can stop at any point.
Anything you say may be quoted in published research, without your name and without your employer's name, unless you have separately agreed otherwise in writing. Client work is governed by the agreement with that client and is not published.
How long we keep things
Contact messages, two years. Job applications, twelve months. Research records, for the life of the study and any period the client agreement requires, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Analytics data holds nothing personal, so there is nothing about you in it to keep.
Who else sees it
Our website host and our email provider process this information in order to run those services for us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the page rather than made quietly.
